LED Spot Light Fittings come in two major classifications, which vary as you move down a certain group. By definition, a light fitting is the place where the bulb and the bulb stand or holders merge to hold the bulb in place. Mostly, you will find them accepting either screw forms of pin forms. Although this classification is not conclusive, all of the fittings can fall into either of the two. The pin fitting are the most common, predominated by the Bayonet Caps. Therefore, to reduce on the cost of replacing the bulb holder when buying need energy saving bulbs, these Light Fittings were maintained. The other led torch is the newer Edison Screw Cap. As the names suggests, this is made to fit into the holder like a screw. The pioneer of such fitting, Thomas Edison, suggested the idea. Gaining popularity because of its elegance and safety, most of UK people and Americans are turning to it. It comes in different sizes, but the shape and fitting is similar. These are the two main types but others exist and you will find them. Open of those is one that has two pins projecting from below the bulb, usually meant upright fixing on walls.
